Where are your writers based? All are writers are from the US and Australia, and under no circumstance do we outsource to any other country. All are writers have many years experience in the online writing industry and many have come from journalism, PR and sales jobs.
Who owns the rights to the articles? Once we have been paid for the articles, all rights to the articles belong to you. You are free to publish them on as many mediums and publications as you like.
Will these articles be unique to me, or will they also be available for purchase by others?
The articles we write for you will be written for only you and we will not resell, distribute or publish those articles anywhere else. You will hold full copyright to the articles and you are free to redistribute, publish or resell the articles in any form or medium you please.
Are the Articles Original? Absolutely, we take much pride in providing 100% original content. Before we deliver any articles to you we put the article through CopyScape among other more rigorous in-house measures.
Do you optimise the articles for search engine rankings? Yes, in fact 70% of the articles we write we are asked to optimise the articles for certain keywords. We can write the articles to a keyword density you specify or alternatively we can suggest a keyword density that will be optimum for your website.
How long do I have to "use" the articles I have pre-purchased (or make requests for them to be written)? Unfortunately, we do require that the details for the articles be given in one lot. This is the reason we are able to offer larger packages at reduced costs.
Can each of the articles in a batch (e.g. 20 articles) be about a different topic? Yes, the articles can be on different topics.
Once I submit a request for an article to written, what is the typical time it takes for me to receive the article? Our standard times are as follows, these sometime vary according to our workload:

10 article: 3-4 business days
20 articles: 4-6 business days
If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we will work towards it.
Can I request articles regarding any topic I choose? Yes the articles can be on any topic you choose, however we will not write articles on any illegal topics or material we find objectionable. If we do not feel comfortable writing the articles, we will refund your money.
